Lea Michele Wears Sexy, Sheer Sequin Mini On ‘Watch What Happens Live’

lea michele watch what happens live

The ‘Glee’ gal looked great in this festive Jenny Packham frock!

Lea Michele stopped by Watch What Happens Live, where the stylish star looked absolutely stunning in a sparkling, black and gold Jenny Packham mini from the Fall 2011 collection. The leggy look was a great choice for the young star, and I loved the sheer panel at the neckline!
While some may say the dress was super short, I thought it was a youthful and chic choice — and she definitely pulled it off! Christian Louboutin sandals completed the look. What do you think? Was Lea’s micro mini seriously stylish or way too short?

Scott Disick Wants To Dump Kourtney Kardashian — New Report

scott disick kourtney kardashian

Even though Kourtney is pregnant with baby #2, Scott is trying to find a way to move back to NYC and live the single life and Kourtney has no idea.

Kourtney Kardashian is about to get the surprise of her life! The reality star has been trying to keep up appearances by pretending that her relationship with Scott Disick is peachy, but a new report in InTouch claims that their relationship is falling a part.
“Scott wants a place in NYC where he can escape the family and get some space to do his own thing,” a friend of Scott’s says. “He’s talking to potential producers and partners. Kourtney thinks the baby changed his mind, but it didn’t.”
Although Kourtney has kept a mum about her relationships troubles with Scott as of late, the news of Scott’s diabolical plan leaves us shocked! We thought Scott had really turned his life around and was serious about being a father and a partner!
“His relationship with her isn’t real,” a source says. “He’s only still in it because he’s getting paid.”
Do you believe this or are Scott and Kourtney better than ever?

Kristen Stewart Among Hottest Women Of 2011, Says ‘Men’s Health’

K-Stew is listed above some of Hollywood’s hottest stars, including Jennifer Lopez! Is she every guy’s dream girl?

We all know Kristen Stewart is hot, but that doesn’t mean we don’t still enjoy seeing the media point it out every once in a while. Most recently, K-Stew was included in Men’s Health‘s list of the Hottest Women of 2011, in which she’s called “hypnotically sensual” and “sleepy, sexy.”

K-Stew lands at No. 80 on the list, putting her ahead of sexy icons like Emma Watson, Kate Middleton and Lady Gaga. Oh, and Jennifer Lopez!
Sure, the mag takes a little dig at the Twilight saga — it says K-Stew’s critics wouldn’t use the phrase “astonishing gravity” to describe her performance as Bella — but hey, we’re choosing to focus on what really matters:
Kristen Stewart is hot!

Neha Dhupia’s towering presence

We were amused when we saw that Vinay Pathak was literally dwarfed by his Pappu Can’t Dance Saala co-star. It might have been quite a challenge for director Saurabh Shukla to fit them in the same frame, while shooting the film!

Kangna Ranaut does a Lady Gaga!

Kangna Ranaut features on the December issue of Hi! BLITZ magazine and we think she looks fabulous

The actor couldn’t look more eccentric. Taking inspiration from pop star Lady Gaga’s style, Kangna has been given a very unconventional look for the cover of the magazine. Feathered hairdo, kohl rimmed eyes teamed with a sexy black outfit, the actor rocks the cover with her attitude. She is also seen sporting a pink wig and a one shoulder golden dress. Splashing bold colours in the ensemble, just the way Gaga does, Kangna follows suit and we must say she does absolute justice to it. The black lipstick and the sunglasses create an interesting fusion of goth and glamour. The actor has always been up-to-date when it comes to fashion and with this look, she adds another feather to her cap…now this we definitely like!

Amitabh Bachchan: Money for Bitiya’s first picture shall never be entertained!

New ‘dadaji’ Amitabh Bachchan says no publication has offered a big amount for Aishwarya and Abhishek’s daughter’s first pictures

That publications are offering him big bucks for the first picture of his granddaughter is someone’s figment of imagination and he won’t entertain any such offer, says Amitabh Bachchan, who is spending at lot of time with Beti B aka Bitiya like a devoted dadaji. Ever since Aishwarya Rai gave birth to her first child with husband Abhishek Bachchan November 16, rumours have been rife that the Bachchan faimly is being offered a huge sum of money for the first pic of the Beti B. “On the matter of money being offered by publications, it is sheer gossip and figments of imagination by some very creative minds. We have not come across any such preposterous propositions and even if, heaven forbid, they were to come, they shall never be entertained,” said Big B. He is set to wear grease paint and step under the arclight for Shirish Kunder’s Common Man in March next year and says that he had many offers and finalised on it as it suited his schedule. Excerpts from an interview:
Beti B is now a month old. What is it like being a dadaji? Do you spend more time at home now just to be near her?
Yes, being with the little one is a delight. The entire day is spent around her and our daily schedules revolve around what would suit her best. Even otherwise, I was spending more time at home, but now more so.
There is a worldwide curiosity and clamour to see the little angel’s face. Apparently astronomical sums of money are being offered by publications for a picture. Your opinion on this?
I cannot understand the clamour about seeing the baby’s face. It is a personal matter and I would appreciate people respecting that fact. On the matter of money being offered by publications, it is sheer gossip and figments of imagination by some very creative minds. We have not come across any such preposterous propositions and even if, heaven forbid, they were to come, they shall never be entertained. There was similar talk at the time of Abhishek’s wedding and they were untrue and false. Perhaps this is a prevalent practice in the West with their celebrities, but we do not and shall not entertain them.
The baby’s name, too, is a matter of national curiosity and debate. Has the family zeroed in on the possible names?
We are working on the name and should have finality on it soon. There have been hundreds of suggestions not just from the family and relatives, but also from the people, voluntarily. For this, I would like to extend my gratitude.
How much of Abhishek and Aishwarya do you see in the baby?
A bit of both.
Moving away to your career, you have just signed your first film this year. Why this long gap? And what made you choose Shirish Kunder’s film above the others?
No, this is not the first film I have signed this year. Technically, I am still to sign on the dotted line. But I had agreed on several even before Shirish’s, it’s just that his got mention on the social network which then got attention. Ashutosh Gowariker, Prakash Jha, Balki, Amit Sharma, Shoojit Sarkar, Rakesh Mehra, RGV (Ram Gopal Varma), Nikhil Advani and Sudhir Mishra and a few others were all being discussed and finalised throughout. Ashutosh was to start in December 2011, but shifted to summer of 2012 due to location availability. Others needed more time on pre-production. Shirish says he can begin in March and that suited my schedule, so we shall hopefully begin then.
How far is Common Man inspired by the contestants you encountered on Kaun Banega Crorepati 5, particularly Sushil Kumar?
None at all. Common Man you must know is a working title and can be identified with any vocation.
The year is almost done. Your thoughts on 2011.
Ek aur saal beet gaya! (Another year has gone by!)
What do you see yourself doing in 2012 that you haven’t already done?
Be a devoted ‘dadaji’.

Shahrukh Khan gets cartooned again in Don comic

The superstar and his Don 2 team recently released a graphic novel related to the thriller at an event in New Delhi. Let’s hope it isn’t a below par production like RA.One

Apart from promoting films through music and events, merchandise products specifically incorporating movies into comics are the next big thing. We saw this trend start in Bollywood when Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji’s Hum Tum released. SRK used graphic novels to promote RA.One and recently along with Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, he released the comic book titled ‘Don: The Origin’. According to the publishers, “The slim volume begins with Don in present day Sicily, Italy. Where Don’s mentor tries to kill him but he survives and guns down his mentor instead. This sets off Don’s journey in the big bad world of gangland.” While this trend is still at its initiation stages in B-town, most classics and current biggies in Hollywood (Stars Wars, Indiana Jones, Mission Impossible, Iron Man, Transformers, etc) have inspired a series of graphic novels and become a well-established fad out there. In fact, when the release of a film-related comic is announced fans queue for long hours outside the stores to grab their personal copies. It’s too early to tell if such a craze will catch on with the Indian public, but you never know. However, when RA.One comics were released, it backfired completely mainly because the graphic novel right from paper to graphic representation was far from international standards. We are yet to get a copy of Don: The origin and we hope to get better quality stuff. Maybe these are just teething problems and it will only get better with each comic. For the final verdict we shall wait to get our hands on the comic.

Groove to Govinda’s songs on his birthday!

B-town’s most-loved comic hero and dancing superstar, Govinda turns 48 today. We take a look at his best songs

During his college days, Govinda was apparently obsessed by Mithun Chakraborty’s Disco Dancer (1982). That became his greatest influence as far as his dancing skills are considered, which could put a younger actor from the current lot to shame. Born Govind Ahuja on December 21, 1963, he was born in a film family – his parents were both actors and his mom was a singer – who went through troubled times. But Govinda overcame them all delivered some of the biggest hits in Bollywood – right from his debut in Illzaam (1986), to Love 86 (1986), Khudgarz (1987), Hatya (1988), Dariya Dil (1988), Jeete Hain Shaan Se (1988), Hum (1991), Shola Aur Shabnam (1992), Aankhen (1993), Raja Babu (1994), Coolie No.1 (1995), Saajan Chale Sasural (1996), Hero No.1 (1997), Deewana Mastana (1997), Dulhe Raja (1998), Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan (1998), Haseena Maan Jayegi (1999), Anari No.1 (1999), Hadh Kar Di Aapne and Joru Ka Ghulam (2000) and Jodi No.1 (2001). His last hit was Partner (2007) along with Salman Khan. Let’s take a look at some of his wacky, funny and romantic songs that were chartbusters. Also, add your own fave Govinda numbers to the list!
Main se Meena se from Khudgarz
Main to raste se jaa raha tha, main to bhel poori kha raha tha from Coolie No.1

Sona kitna sona hai and Mai tujh ko bhaga laya hu tere ghar se from Hero No.1

Meri pant bhi sexy from Dulara
Lal dupattewali from Aankhen
Ankhiyon se goli mare from Dulhe Raja
Stop that from Gambler
I love you bol daal from Haseena Maan Jayegi
Chalo ishq ladaye from Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan
Kurta faad ke from Anari No.1
Makhana from Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan
Ande ka funda from Jodi No.1
Ae Raju from Hadh Kar Di Aapne
Usne bola kem chhe from Jis Des Mein Ganga Rehta Hai
Soni de nakhre sone ladge from Partner.
Some of Govinda’s latest films include Mani Ratnam’s Raavan (2010), Naughty@40 and Loot (2011). He had successful onscreen pairings with many female actors including Neelam, Karisma Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Juhi Chawla and Rani Mukerji. With many films ending with the suffix ‘No.1’, Govinda at one time was the No.1 crowd puller in B-town. We hope he resurfaces to give us some more helpings of his good humour and jhatkas in his new films that include Run Bhola Run and Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai. Happy birthday, Govinda!

Mahek, Shonali or Laxmi: who will be back in the ‘Bigg Boss 5′ house?

The makers of the show are planning yet another wild card entry. But they are yet to decide which one of these contenders should make it back into the Bigg Boss 5 house

Although speculation is rife that Mahek Chahel is the top contender to get back on Bigg Boss 5; wethinks the others too might stand a chance of being summoned to the most famous house of the telly world. Buzz is that Mahek is the frontrunner at the moment and Shonali and Laxmi are secondary options if Mahek decides not to take up the offer. It is being said that the controversy about her proximity to Sallu has created enough buzz for her to be the most-wanted contestants for a wild card entry. Plus her comeback will create more fodder for the rumour mongers. The chick is also quite a hit with the viewers despite the fact that she wasn’t really an entertainment factor or TRP generator in any way. While some feel she was one of the hottest contestants, others say that they are mighty impressed with her abilities of creating the much needed ruckus on the show. The channel is keeping this one a hush-hush affair and is probably planning to surprise the viewers with a new twist. Pooja Missra’s image took a big turn once she re-entered the show (at least that’s what she portrayed). So we wonder if the next wild card winner will follow suit. And even if she does, all we hope is that she brings some peace to the mad house!

What does UTV have in store for 2012?

UTV has a rather limited slate lined up for 2012, comprising only six films. But clearly, the company believes in quality over quantity. But are the films really going to work? Let’s take a look

First up is Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, due a February 10 release, a co-production with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The synopsis goes thus: EMAET is a lighthearted, tragicomedy about a guy in his mid twenties, going through a breakdown in his personal as well as work life. Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan), 26, loses his job as an architect in Vegas and by a twist of fate he meets Riana Braganza (Kareena Kapoor), a quick-witted hairstylist, who is everything he isn’t. Will this friendship turn to love? The film has a great title that has an instant nostalgia name recall value besides a killer cast and music by the brilliant Amit Trivedi. Since it’s also releasing in the Valentine’s Day frame, it’s likely to be a winner.
May sees the release of Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, a co-production with Anurag Kashyap. Synopsis: The film celebrates the lovable quirks of a Punjabi joint family with its inherent humour, drama, confusion, emotion, and the secret recipe for a famous chicken curry ‘Chicken Khurana’, which forms the crux of the plot. The title alone should be an instant seller in North India. However, the lead cast comprising Kunal Kapoor and Huma Qureshi can’t open a door, let alone a film. Perhaps the low budget and fans of the Kashyap quirkiness will edge this one past the box office finish line.
June 15 see’s UTV’s first big ‘if’, Rowdy Rathore, a co-production with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s SLB Productions. Synopsis: The film is a remake of the superhit Telugu film Vikramarkudu, which was also remade in Tamil as Siruthai, another hit. The film will see Akshay Kumar back in his original action avatar, this time under the direction of the maestro of the masala action genre, Prabhu Deva.
This is a tough one to call. On the one hand we have a proven subject and the magic of Prabhu Deva the director who made the superhit Ready. However, that film starred Salman Khan and this one stars Akshay who is on the wane. Plus Bhansali is associated nowadays with expensive flops. And the south has already seen the film in their languages.
July see’s the barf-inducing title Barfii. The risible synopsis reads thus: He is cute. He’s shrewd. The girls love him. The cops hate him. He can’t speak but is always talked about. His naughty antics will make you scream, but he will never listen. Cos he can’t! Ride a rollercoaster of emotions with Barfii – the Chalu Chaplin! Ugh. But it stars Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and southern hottie Ileana, and, Anurag Basu (we’ll kindly forget Kites for a moment) is the director. It should stumble through.
August 30 sees UTV’s second big ‘if’, Joker 3D, a co-production with Akshay Kumar and Farah Khan. The wannabe wacky synopsis reads thusly: Akshay Kumar returns to his hometown, a place that’s so remote and crazy that it’s not even on the map. And then what follows puts this forgotten little town not just on the country’s map, but makes it the focus of the entire globe! Aliens! Is the town really the site of an alien invasion? Will Akshay manage to change the game – just like the joker does in a pack of cards? Get set for India’s coolest (and first ever) comedy starring aliens! In 3D! A for effort and innovation, but sadly the last time Akshay, Farah and her hubby Shirish Kunder collaborated, we got the nausea inducing Tees Maar Khan
And lastly, UTV promises us Heroine, starring Kareena Kapoor, in September. They say: The film is an entertaining, daring, emotional, shocking, glamorous, scandalous behind the scenes account of the reality behind the world of glitz and glamour that our film stars inhabit. For a country obsessed with films and film stars, Heroine will take audiences on a voyeuristic journey to see what really goes on behind the closed doors of make up rooms and vanity vans.
Madhur Bhandarkar can’t direct to save his life and all that the scandals that the synopsis promises are already available on television, for free. Can Kareena carry a film by her lonesome? There’s only one way to find out.

BIGG BOSS 5: Amar and Sky get into a fight!

There are arguments, introspection and laughter on Day 80 in the Bigg Boss 5 house

Juhi Parmar and Siddharth Bhardwaj start the day with an argument. Juhi tells Sid to not splash so much water on to the dance floor when he goes swimming, as it makes it difficult to dance on it, but Sid replies that he did not do it intentionally. Both of them argue for a while and then get back to their own tasks. Later, Sid meets Amar Upadhyay and they both discuss how Sky is very tense about the situation at the house. Sid tells Amar that Sky’s jokes poke fun at the housemates personal affairs, and it is not a good thing to laugh at them, as doing so will only encourage others to crack more such jokes. The two part ways and Amar goes to his room to do yoga. Sunny Leone finds his yogic postures funny. She makes faces, cuddles next to Juhi and both of them laugh at him.

Later in the day, a new housemate enters for one day under the Ek Din Ka Boss plan. The five housemates are happy with this development.
In the evening, Sky thinks aloud that his chances of winning are very hazy. Juhi and Sunny tell Sky not to be so negative in front of the other men, but Sky doesn’t heed their advice. Meanwhile, Siddharth discusses with Amar how the atmosphere of the house has turned from fun and light to gloomy and silent now that only five contestants are left. The two talk about past events and mimic Shakti Kapoor and Lakshmi Tripathi.
Much later, Sky taunts Amar and he taunts him back. The two start arguing and even pass derogatory personal comments, but in the end, they laugh it off. The other three contestants enjoy the drama. Sid later goes to sleep while the other contestants perform their tasks. They make fun of Sid and his tendency to sleep.

Bipasha Basu goes for the black classic look

The Bong beauty looks gorgeous as she poses in a chic black ensemble for the cover of a celebrity lifestyle magazine

Looking stunning in a fur jacket teamed with junk accessories, Bips looks supremely hot as she models for this season’s little black dresses. Just when you thought LBDs are plain and boring, Shane and Falguni Peacock give a quirky twist to this banal style by adding a lot of bling to Bipasha’s monochrome black outfit. The single babe is out there, as always experimenting with new style statements. We like the classic touch given to her appearance. We wish to see the Bong babe in more catchy avatars in the future!
