While Robert Pattinson has been enjoying his time in Australia and making new friends, Kristen Stewart has been laying low in Los Angeles with her younger brother, Taylor Stewart, and four-legged buddies, Bear and Bernie.

A friend of Kristen’s tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “Kristen is really eager to go visit Rob in Australia and get out of Los Angeles. She has been spending most of her free time with her younger brother Taylor and her two dogs.”

“She hasn’t been going out much,” says her friend. “It’s pretty obvious that she really misses Rob. She’s just a lot happier when he’s around and more upbeat.”

Meanwhile, Rob looks as though he is having the time of his life in Adelaide where he is busy filming his new movie The Rover.

As HollywoodLife.com reported earlier, Rob attended Adelaide’s Big Day Out on Jan. 25, which is an annual music festival that featured The Killers, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Vampire Weekend.

Backstage, Rob posed with a sexy blonde, and a group of fans including John Day who said, “He (Rob) was very cool, very gracious and good humoured…I asked him how he was enjoying Adelaide and he said he’d only been here a short time and hadn’t seen much.”

Later that night, Rob returned to his favorite watering hole — The Grace Emily Hotel — where he has been several times.

While Liberty has maintained her distance from Kristen and spurned boyfriend Robert Pattinson, we’ve learned that she feels quite bad for Rob!

When HollywoodLife.com spoke exclusively with a source close to Liberty, we asked whether she had ever reached out to Rob or Kristen. Our insider said,”Absolutely not, why would she? That’s not something I’d expect her to do.”

The friend added, “Rupert brought them into this entire situation and unfortunately she and Robert, the poor little guy, were hurt the most. The entire situation is one she wants behind her and being away from everyone involved would be best for her.”

Of course she is heartbroken, but the trust between them was completely destroyed and Liberty was humiliated. Liberty is a strong woman and will be just fine. Rupert is not taking it well at all. Michael’s relationship with Kristen started in 2004, when they met on the set of Speak, but didn’t last as Kristen’s star started to rise in 2009. Then, of course, she began dating Rob.

Michael and Juno have been seen recently together, both at the premiere for her film, Afternoon Delight, at the Sundance Film Festival and at the film’s after party, where Us Weekly sources state that Juno “ran over to him, wrapped her arms around him and started kissing him.” The report adds, “They try keep it pretty quiet but very supportive of each other. She’s blowing up and she loves having him around to help take away some of the stress of it all.”

Sounds pretty romantic to us, and we only hope for the best for the duo. It seems like they are doing better then Rob and Kristen!

‘The Carrie Diaries’ Recap: Sebastian Has An Unexpected Secret

Plus, Carrie gets inspired by a porn star and her vagina.

Last week on The Carrie Diaries , we were left wondering why Carrie’s (AnnaSophia Robb) dad, Tom (Matt Letscher), wouldn’t let her see sexy new boy Sebastian Kydd (Austin Butler). And in the Jan. 28 episode, “Read Before Use,” we find out why!

When Tom doesn’t budge on his decision to ban Sebastian from Carrie’s life, she finds out that Sebastian’s dad was a client of her father’s (he’s a lawyer), and she snoops through his files in the middle of the night. Carrie finds out why Sebastian was kicked out of his last school — he slept with his Art History teacher! (Ah, makes me miss the good old days of Pacey Witter.) However, that certainly doesn’t scare Carrie away, but it may scare Sebastian away (more on that later!).

Visiting Porn Star Monica Penny & Her Vagina

Carrie, Mouse (Ellen Wong), her college boyfriend Seth and Larissa (Freema Agyeman) all attend an art exhibit at a very famous club in NYC, where former porn star Monica Penny flashes her vajayjay for anyone who throws a penny in a jar. Larissa explains that the former porn star is over her adult film career and has moved onto “owning her power” and “reclaiming her vagina.”

“Everyone here may think it’s a good idea. But, I don’t. So, I said no. That’s me using my power,” Carrie says.

On her train ride back home, Carrie realizes that this moment has given her the confidence to stand up to her dad, telling him she’s going to keep seeing Sebastian.

When Carrie does meet up with Sebastian (against her father’s wishes), she has a bit of word vomit, telling him that she knows he slept with a teacher, admitting to snooping through her dads files, and in the process unknowingly breaks the news to Sebastian that he even had a lawyer. Sebastian, thrown off, decides that all Carrie’s over-analyzing and complications are a clear sign as to why they’ll never work. And he breaks up with her.

Chris Brown Could Go To Jail Even If Frank Ocean Doesn’t Press Charges

Chris has one year left on his five-year-probation, stemming from his 2009 assault on Rihanna. Now two top attorneys tell HollywoodLife.com what could happen if the District Attorney decides to go after Chris for punching Frank Ocean!

Chris Brown could go jail. We told you that the latest statement from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department states that Chris punched Frank Ocean on Jan. 27 at the Westlake Recording Studios in West Hollywood. Even though no charges have been filed against Chris , top attorney’s tell HollywoodLife.com that doesn’t mean Chris is off the hook.

How Chris Could End Up Back In Jail

HollywoodLife.com spoke with former federal prosecutor Raoul Felder, who tells us that Chris’ probation officer could question Chris and if he believes Chris punched Frank. He could request that the local police arrest him and bring Chris before the judge that sentenced him in his 2009 assault hearing, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg.

“Being on probation means stay out of trouble,” Raoul tells us. “The judge could post a sentence on him. She could end the probation and send him to jail for the rest of the time. [Chris has one year left]. It’s extreme and they don’t usually do that. But especially since he was on probation for punching Rihanna. This is all up to the original court that punished him.”

Could Chris Go To Jail Without Frank Pressing Charges?

We told you that Chris and Frank allegedly got into a fight over a parking spot. A source told us that Chris started the fight by allegedly using slurs and calling him gay. Frank is openly gay.

“Chris most certainly could go back to jail without Frank pressing charges,” Raoul tells us. “He does not have a right to a jury because you’ve already had your trial [for the assault on Rihanna]. It’s between him, the judge and the district attorney.”

We told you that Frank tweeted that Chris jumped him and now his finger is hurt: “Got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest was there.” He also added: “Cut my finger now I can’t play w two hands at the grammys.”

The Police Released A Statement To HollywoodLife

“West Hollywood Station deputies are investigating allegations that Chris Brown assaulted an unnamed victim,” the statement reads. “Deputies responded to a call of six males fighting at the 7200 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood. Upon their arrival, deputies talked to witnesses who stated that Chris Brown and the victim were involved in an altercation over a parking space. The altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim. After a brief fight, the parties were separated. Chris Brown and his entourage left the location prior to the arrival of deputies. The investigation is on-going and investigators will contact Chris Brown at a later time.”

But Chris Will Hopefully Avoid Jail

Criminal defense attorney, Peter Knecht, tells us: “If nothing is done, then of course Chris will not be in violation of
his probation … I’d say it will simply be a wash and the two men when go on about their day.”
