‘Delhi Belly’ girl Poorna Jagannathan to act with Gwyneth Paltrow

 

The actor will star in a comedy about sex addicts, Thanks For Sharing, alongside Tim Robbins, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mark Ruffalo, Josh Gad and Joely Richardson

Delhi Belly girl Poorna Jagannathan will now be seen in a Hollywood comedy drama, Thanks For Sharing. The movie has an ensemble cast of Hollywood biggies such as Tim Robbins, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mark Ruffalo, Josh Gad and Joely Richardson. Poorna Jagannathan says, “This movie’s a great black comedy: it’s right up my alley. I thought The Kids Are All Right was one of those rare films that you can never forget and I feel so lucky to work with Stuart and be part of such a talented cast.” The story of Thanks For Sharing revolves around a support group for sex addicts, who try and beat their addictions and form meaningful relationships for the first time. The film is actually based on a 12-step programme for recovering sex addicts in New York City. It marks the directorial debut of Stuart Blumberg who was nominated for an Oscar for co-writing The Kids Are All Right. The film has just gone on the floors in New York City and hits theatres next year. Poorna will also be seen alongside the legendary Jane Fonda and Catherine Keener in Bruce Beresford’s upcoming comedy Peace, Love, & Misunderstanding.
