Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Krrish’ gets a brand new vamp

The Roshans had a tough time trying to convince established actors to play the negative lady in their superhero flick. Finally they’ve signed on a newbie, the swimsuit calendar girl, Shaurya Chauhan

Thanks to the fear of getting slotted as a vamp, many leading ladies have been shying away from playing negative characters. Krrish 3 is one of the most ambitious films of the Roshans and they had been on the lookout for a sexy and athletic girl to clash swords with the leading lady of the film Kangna Ranaut. And the vamp will be seen romancing Vivek Oberoi, who plays the villain. After a lot of brainstorming the Roshans zeroed down on a relatively fresh face in the form of Shaurya Chauhan. This hottie started her career as a model in Hyderabad and was first noticed in the Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar shot by ace lensman Atul Kasbekar. But Shaurya is not completely new to Bollywood. She has made a tiny appearance in a song with Salman Khan in Priyadarshan’s Kyon Ki and has played one of the leading roles in Manoj Tyagi’s Mumbai Salsa. She was also seen in Horn Ok Please with Nana Patekar. The actor has been trying to get a foothold in Bollywood for a long time and this offer to play the negative role for a Roshan-film is a dream-come-true for her. We hear that she was asked to get into ninja mode quickly as she has to do a lot of stunts in the film. So the actor has enrolled for a three-month-long gymnastic training. Well, we can’t wait to checkout if this new hottie can look convincing as she flies around in tight outfits, kicking the life out of the hero’s cronies!
