Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan– don’t even like being in the same room but looks they do think alike. This New Year’s Eve, the frenemies will party with their respective set of cronies in Dubai. Shahrukh, with his wife Gauri and kids Suhana and Aryan, and friends Hrithik Roshan, Arjun Rampal and Farhan Akhtar, will ring in the new year at his plush residence on the island in Palm Jumeriah.
Meanwhile Salman Khan and his folks are already making merry (Bhai’s 45th birthday followed by the New Year celebrations) at a five-star hotel in the city. Ajay Devgn, Kajol, his children – Nysa and Yug and family also flew to Dubai last night. Away from the desert and his peers, Aamir Khan will bring in the New Year with his family and close friends. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will be spending quality time at Switzerland, probably their last one before they tie the knot in 2012. Sanjay Dutt, his wife Manyata and twins Shahran and Iqra are already in Bali. Katrina, on the other hand, is slated to spend her new year’s eve with her family and friends in London. Actor Ameesha Patel tweeted, “Hey tweeple. In bangkok. W all my friends. United from all over. Feels good to meet all my close friends aftr soo long.” Buzz is that Priyanka, who is in Goa for the Sunburn festival, will stay on and celebrate the new with her close friends including Shahid Kapoor. Shahid posted, “End of the year brings bouts of nostalgia so don’t like alone time this time of the year ………Overworkedout underslept …….. Last 2 shooting days of the year…… Can’t wait to wrap n party..the year just flew by.” We couldn’t agree more, Shahid!
