‘Glee’ Star Mark Salling Sued For Sexual Battery By Ex-Girlfriend

Mark is being sued by Roxanne Gorzela, who alleges that the ‘Glee’ star forced sex upon her without using a condom. 

Mark Salling and Roxanne Gorzela started dating in September 2010. Roxanne, who is now his ex, is reportedly claiming that the Glee star forced intercourse on her in March 2011, while he ignored her request to use a condom.

The incident reportedly occurred in March 2011 just before he traveled to Canada, TMZ is reporting.

According to Gorzela’s lawsuit, Salling ignored her request and proceeded to “insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom.”

Roxanne said she went to Mark’s house later that month to confront him about the incident, but she found him in bed with another woman. In turn, Roxanne allegedly begged Mark to prove he was STD-free. She alleges that Mark grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. Roxanne filed a police report the same day.

While Roxanne is seeking unspecified damages, Mark’s rep is denying Roxanne’s accusations, telling TMZ, ”There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success. We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”
